ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and have built a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years on the corporate side of State Farm in several different roles, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and helped shape the way I lead and support my team today.

I attended Cumberland University, played baseball, and I’m a proud parent of two kids. In the office, we keep things fun, supportive, and team-focused — and I’m especially proud that we’ve built a workplace with long-term stability and low turnover. People enjoy being here, and we work hard to make sure everyone feels valued and set up for success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Slaughter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
